OUR ANNUAL INFLUENZA VACCINE CLINIC WITH MAINE GENERAL MEDICAL CENTER WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY 9/28, IN THE MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM FROM 8:00 AM-12 PM
(may end earlier depending on the amount of people who sign up)
THIS CLINIC IS OPEN TO MS & HS STUDENTS & DISTRICT STAFF
Please fill out the health screen/permission form sent home today if you would like your child to get vaccinated & return it to the school nurse by Monday 9/18.
If you DO NOT want your child to get vaccinated please DO NOT fill out the form.
