The Maranacook Math Team finished the Maine State Math Meet in First Place with 437 points and are the Class C State Champions! The top scorer for Maranacook was Nico Martinez Nocito with 62 points followed by Sawyer Rooney who scored over 50 points, Eli Smith who scored over 40 points, Jonathan Rousculp and Max Tomassone who each scored over 30 points, and Emma Roesner, Jack Thaller, Cooper Tarbuck, and Carter Bennett who each scored at least 20 points. Also, everyone on the team scored!
In addition, Maranacook also received an award for first place in Class C during the regular season, and Nico Martinez Nocito received an award for 6th place senior at the meet as well as an award for 3rd place overall during the regular season.
