This is a reminder about the Covid-19 vaccine clinic for students 12 years of age and older. The clinic is scheduled Monday June 7th. Students who already received their first dose at school are automatically signed up for a second dose. Students who want a first dose at this clinic must be registered through Northern Light. Parents must email Northern Light HCHCovid@northernlight.org to request registration forms. This takes up to 24 hours to process. Forms can then be submitted electronically with DocuSign. If you need transportation assistance, please contact Sarah Morrill at email@example.com to let the Health Center know as soon as possible. Reminder, COVID-19 Vaccination Q&A for High School and Middle School Families is tonight! The Health Center is excited to offer an informational session with Dr. Sydney Sewall on Monday, May 10th at 7 pm via Zoom. Dr Sewall will provide fact based information on the COVID-19 vaccine followed by a Q&A session.
