Maranacook Middle and High School families
The Pfizer COVID vaccine booster clinic for our Middle & High school students will be held in the Gym at the High School for all eligible students on Thursday, December 8th.
If you'd like to have your child vaccinated, please fill out the paper consent form that was sent home with students and return it by tomorrow Tuesday, November 29th.
*If the registration form is not complete, your child will NOT be vaccinated.

CATC students should be in 3rd and 4th-period classes. There will be no transportation for CATC and absences from CATC will be excused.

This is a reminder about the Covid-19 vaccine clinic for students 12 years of age and older. The clinic is scheduled Monday June 7th. Students who already received their first dose at school are automatically signed up for a second dose. Students who want a first dose at this clinic must be registered through Northern Light. Parents must email Northern Light HCHCovid@northernlight.org to request registration forms. This takes up to 24 hours to process. Forms can then be submitted electronically with DocuSign.
